Bob Rochefort is the owner of Appraisal Solutions Review & Consultation, LLC. He has inspected more than 5,000 residential properties throughout the Willamette Valley in order to provide supportable market value based on careful research and analysis. He accepts highly complex (i.e. large acreage, airparks, eminent domain) and high valued properties and can communicate his results in a manner that is systematic, clear and supportable.
He is FHA and VA certified. He is married and has five children.

She has been assisting real estate appraisers in the United States for many years. Ana Marie is married and has adorable kids that take up most of her free time.
